No. Many people who join this program are not currently in therapy. This intensive is designed to give you practical tools, guidance, and support whether you are already working with a therapist or just beginning your healing journey.

Yes. Many participants either currently take anxiety medication or have taken it in the past. This program is not anti-medication. It focuses on helping you better understand panic, regulate your nervous system, and build long-term coping tools alongside whatever treatment approach is right for you.

That’s actually very common. Many people are taught breathing techniques without understanding why panic happens or how the nervous system responds under stress. This program goes beyond simple breathing exercises and focuses on helping you change your relationship with panic itself, so you’re not constantly fighting your body.
